After you have purchased and registered a car with an insurance coverage under your name, you are entitled to No Claim Discount (NCD). If you have never had a vehicle insurance under your name, your NCD will automatically start from 0%. Upon each and every renewal, you will be entitled to an additional 10% NCD, capped at a maximum of 50%. NCD will be reduced by 30% whenever you make a claim against your own vehicle insurance policy.

For commercial vehicles and motorcycle, NCD grows at 10% for the first renewal, 15% on the second year and 20% (max) for the third and subsequent years of renewal.
