Your vehicle insurance policy will be cancelled after the insurer has served you the final payment reminder later or 30 days from non-payment, whichever is earlier. Upon cancellation, your vehicle insurance coverage will cease, and you are disallowed by law to drive your vehicle on Singapore’s road. You are liable to pay for the period of usage i.e. the time where the insurer starts the coverage for your vehicle till the cancelled date.

In situation where the insurer did not cancel your policy when you have not made a payment, they reserve the right to decline responsibilities to compensate any damages caused by your vehicle.
